HOW TO ACCESS KONKA TV SERVICE MENU:

METHOD 1

• First of all press on Konka TV remote control (MENU) button. 
• Then press the (RECALL) key three times.
• If the factory menu is locked, press the (MUTE + 9 ) button three times.

METHOD 2

• Press the hidden button ( factory )on the remote control.
• The factory menu logo is displayed on the TV screen, then press (the 4 & 8 buttons on the remote.
• To enter setting ( 1 to 8 ) button.
• Change values vol+ and vol- keys.

METHOD 3

• Press (MENU) then press the (RECALL) button on the Konka factory remote control five times.
• Service mode appeared.

METHOD 4

• Press (MENU) then press the (PRE) button on the Konka factory remote control five times.
• Service mode appeared.

METHOD 5

• Press on the Konka TV remote control ( MUTE + TIMER + PICTURE ) buttons fast.
• Service mode appeared.

RESET PROCEDURE:

To reset the factory setting, first, hold down the TV's Power button, and then tap the Power Off option on the television screen.

Second, hold down the power button and the volume up button together for 30 seconds. You can release both buttons when the TV logo appears on the screen.

KONKA TV SERVICE MENU & ADJUSTMENT:

KONKA AGC SETTING:

Get a 60 dB split field signal in Konka TV mode. Enter the factory menu to select (AGC) then use (◄ ►) to adjust the element until the voltage on pin 1 of (N100) is about 2.5V ± 0.2V or the image no longer has noise.

KONKA WHITE CALIBRATION SETTING:

Receive a black and white signal in AV mode by adjusting brightness and contrast to adjust the brightness to 15 nits in the dark area and 90 nits in the bright area.

• ( Red 0-100, Green 0-100, Blue 0-100 )

To adjust the black and white coordinates as required (X0.283 . Y0.297), or connect an automatic calibration system to automatically adjust the white calibration.

ADJUST KONKA IF IMAGE:

Receive any signal, enter the VCJ - VCO - ADJà - VIF - VCO - AUTO - ADJ menu in the factory menu, then press the VOLUME up and down buttons, when the display shows (END) which means that the center frequency is automatically set to (45.75M) in the IC.

CONFIGURING RFGC KONKA TV:

VH signal reception (ch7 / ch10), input 60 dB (grayscale signal V) Enter VDJ - ADJà - RF - DELA Y ADJ and press the VOLUME UP+DOWN buttons to adjust it until the image noise disappears.

KONKA TV FOCUS ADJUSTMENT:

Get a 5 circle pattern, set the pattern to the default mode, and adjust the focus potentiometer (horizontal output transformer) so that the center and all 4 corners of the design have the best focus. Horizontal scan, vertical scan, and geometry correction adjustment receive a 5-round signal, enter.

KONKA TV SERVICE MENU OPERATION:

• For selection, press the remote control ( UP & DOWN) button.

• Setting the values, press on remote control ( RIGHT & LEFT ) button.

EXIT SERVICE MENU ON KONKA TV:

METHOD 1

• Turn off the Konka TV to exit the service menu.

METHOD 2

• Press the (MUTE) again and again or 5 times.
